YieldCave is operated by Yield Cave Pty Ltd (ACN 703 145 251), an Australian company ("we", "us"). It provides a data service for software agents: market data, curated descriptions and alert tools covering tokenized real-world assets, delivered over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) at the endpoint published on yieldcave.com (the "Service"), together with the yieldcave.com website and the open-source software at github.com/yieldcave/yieldcave. Using the Service means you accept these terms.
The Service provides information and arithmetic only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not recommend any asset, product or action. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or money transmitter. The Service never holds, moves or has access to your funds or wallets. Any decision you or your software make using the Service is yours alone. Consult a licensed professional before acting.
Figures are derived from public third-party sources, principally DefiLlama (tokenized asset and stablecoin yields), CoinGecko (tokenized equity prices and market data) and Yahoo Finance (delayed underlying stock quotes), and from issuer and third-party web pages reviewed on the dates stated in each record. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and tokenized asset terms change without notice. We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose. Verify with the issuer before acting.
Anonymous use is permitted within the published daily limit. A free API key is issued per email address. Keys are shown once and are your responsibility; anyone holding a key, or a connector URL containing it, can use your allowance. Do not share keys, resell access, scrape the Service to rebuild it, attempt to circumvent limits, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or revoke keys that breach these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, which handles your payment details; we never see your card number. Prices and plan limits are those shown on yieldcave.com at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal (the manage_subscription tool); your plan continues until the end of the paid period, after which it returns to Free. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or on the website; changes apply from your next billing period.
Alert webhooks are delivered on a best-effort basis after each hourly refresh and may be delayed or missed. Do not rely on them for time-critical decisions. You are responsible for the endpoint you register and for any action it takes.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. We may change, limit or discontinue any part of the Service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features where practical.
The software in the public repository is licensed under the licence stated there. These terms apply to the hosted Service and the website, not to your own self-hosted copy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses from trading or investment decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
